Terms of Service

1. The Service

DealVision AI provides property deal analysis, market reference data, portfolio tools, and AI-generated narratives for Pakistan real estate. Outputs are informational and do not constitute legal, tax, or licensed investment advice.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions & billing (Stripe)

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe unless stated otherwise. Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or as configured in your checkout session.

• By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the selected plan and applicable taxes/fees.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime before the next billing date to avoid future charges.
• Refunds: unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. Contact us for billing disputes within 14 days of a charge.
• We may change plan features or pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
• Failed payments may result in downgrade or suspension until resolved.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at scale, or interfere with other users.
• Do not upload unlawful content or use AI outputs to misrepresent guaranteed investment returns.
• Do not resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

5. Intellectual property

We own the Service, branding, software, and curated market datasets. You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs to provide the Service.

6. AI & market data disclaimers

• FMV, ROI, grades, and narratives are model-assisted estimates based on reference data and your inputs — not appraisals or offers to buy/sell.
• Market rates are curated from public listing bands (e.g., Zameen, OLX) and may lag live market conditions.
• You are solely responsible for due diligence, title verification, and transaction decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealVision AI and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from property transactions or reliance on Service outputs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel subscriptions at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraud, or legal requirements. Upon termination, provisions that should survive (billing disputes, disclaimers, liability limits) remain in effect.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Lahore, Pakistan, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
